This website is operated by Prestige Paving & Landscaping Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us through this site.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, postcode, and optionally your email address and details about your project. We also record the page you enquired from and, where present, advertising campaign information (such as a Google Ads click ID) so we can understand which adverts work.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, provide a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is your request for a quote and our legitimate interest in responding to it. We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Enquiries are stored securely on this website’s server and emailed to us using SMTP2GO, an email delivery service. Our website and marketing are managed by Social Linkup on our behalf. If you accept analytics/advertising cookies, Google may process limited usage data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for up to six years afterwards for accounting and warranty purposes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing prestigepaving20@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
